Documents and print content

WARPing processes print documents locally on the Android device. Field KH Labs does not receive, upload, store, sell, or use the PDF, document text, customer account information, addresses, or other content being printed. Temporary local copies are kept in the application’s private storage only as needed to prepare, print, or retry a job and are removed after successful printing or when the job is discarded.

Subscription and device information

To activate a trial or paid subscription, WARPing sends the licensing service:

• the organization’s activation code, when using company activation;
• a random application-installation identifier;
• Android tablet manufacturer and model;
• Android and WARPing version numbers; and
• activation and license-check timestamps.

The service stores a one-way hash of the device credential and activation code, the organization’s subscription status and device-seat allocation, the tablet’s active or deactivated status, and an administrative audit record. This information is used only to validate subscriptions, enforce purchased device seats, support device replacement, prevent abuse, and diagnose compatibility issues.

Self-service trials and email preferences

Where self-service trials are available, we collect your verified email address, optional company name, trial dates, and email preferences. Cloudflare verifies your email and processes sign-in for us. We use these records to activate the trial, keep its original expiration, manage its tablet seat, and prevent repeat-trial abuse. Sign-in requests also use short-lived device-linking codes and network information for security and rate limiting.

Verifying your email does not subscribe you to sales emails. You can separately choose to receive email from Field KH Labs about starting WARPing service. This choice is optional and does not affect trial access. We record your choice, the consent wording version, and when it changed. You can withdraw permission in trial email preferences or by replying to a follow-up email with an unsubscribe request. Necessary account, verification, and support messages are separate from optional sales follow-up. Print documents are never uploaded.

Sharing and retention

Field KH Labs does not sell personal information. Licensing records are hosted by Cloudflare as a service provider. Records are retained while a trial or subscription is active and for up to 24 months afterward for support, security, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes, unless a longer period is required by law. Verified deletion requests are honored earlier when no legal or security obligation requires continued retention.

Security and device management

Licensing requests use HTTPS. Offline license passes are digitally signed. Print documents are not transmitted to the licensing service. Business administrators may use Microsoft Intune or another device-management provider to configure the app; that provider’s practices are controlled by the employing organization.

Your choices

You or your organization may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your licensing records, subject to legal retention requirements. To protect customer accounts, Field KH Labs may verify that the requester is authorized to act for the organization before completing a request.

To request deletion of a WARPing account and associated data, use our account deletion page. Uninstalling WARPing alone does not delete the licensing account.
